1. New pressurestat (original unit leaking)

2. Boiler-to-pump interconnection fitting (original leaking)

3. Boiler heating element activation relay (excessive wear detected)

4. Green LED indicator (burned out)

5. Brew group heating elements (complete replacement due to failure)

Maintenance and Repairs Performed:

• Complete internal cleaning - removal of all coffee residue and buildup

• Complete external cleaning - removal of excessive grease from all surfaces

• Pressurestat recalibration - adjusted to maintain proper operating pressure below 2 bar

• Water passage cleaning - all tubes, outlets, and internal conduits descaled and cleared

• System testing and verification - all functions tested and confirmed operational

CURRENT EQUIPMENT STATUS

The equipment has been fully refurbished and is operational and ready for sale. All identified mechanical and electrical issues have been resolved.
