The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the digital temperature control allows you to easily adjust the temperature between 33° to 38°F to keep your ingredients fresh. The unit features two self-closing hinged solid doors with locks for added security. It also includes four shelves, a 19" poly cutting board, and nine 1/3 stainless steel pans, providing plenty of space for food preparation. Made with a stainless steel interior and exterior, as well as a galvanized steel back, this prep table is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
