It includes one plastic coated wire shelf for storing and organizing pizza dough, vegetables, cheese, sauces and meats. The hinged insulated lid keeps toppings and ingredients cold. This pizza prep station features a convenient polyethylene cutting board that measures 19" deep by 3/4" thick. This spacious work surface is ideal for assembling pizzas, providing plenty of space for stretching dough, adding sauces and toppings, and cutting the finished pizza. Additional features of this unit include a precise digital temperature controller with LED display, temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, side mounted self-contained refrigeration and automatic defrosting.
