The customer used the unit for a couple of weeks and subsequently requested a return, stating that the dough being used was not suitable for this machine.
Upon return, the machine was inspected and tested by our certified technician. Testing was performed both with and without dough (pizza and bread). The machine was found to be operating correctly under all test conditions, with no mechanical or performance issues identified.
